This publication
is an aid designed to assist a potential Customer
in obtaining accurate pricing for our Powder Coat
Painting services. Conditions and styles of items
vary greatly, as well as Customer's requirements or
unique proclivity. Therefor it can only be a
"Guide", and is not a definitive "Price List". Most
items (90%) will be between the "Low End" and "High
End" price range, however some items will be lower
and others higher then listed. Prices are subject
to change without notice.
Powder-Coat Painting is a special process finishing
for any steel or iron. You have a rainbow of both
interior and exterior colors to chose from,
including different textures and sheens. The
process involves baking off the old finish at
600° F, then sand blast. Using electrostatic
equipment, a coating of pigmented powder (the best
part of the paint) is then applied. Next the item
is baked at 375° F to permanently bond the
finish to the object. It may be the last paint job
the item will ever need! |
